Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders placed in the Hempqualizer online store are processed within 1 business day after payment has been received.

2. Next Business Day Shipping

Orders are typically shipped on the next business day following payment confirmation, subject to Section 3 below.

3. Circumstances Beyond the Seller’s Control

In exceptional cases, the shipping time may be extended due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, including but not limited to:

– delays caused by courier services,

– failures of IT or payment systems,

– unforeseen events (e.g. technical failures, interruptions in utility supplies),

– force majeure.

In such cases, the Customer will be promptly informed of the estimated shipping date.

4. Business Days

Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
