Marika is a unique senior – a 25-year-old Polish sport horse mare (Budyonny and Hanoverian lines), who has struggled for years with advanced degenerative joint issues and complications following a diagnosis of gastric atony. Her caretaker had been supporting her with pharmaceuticals for a long time – including Osphos, Cartrophen, and hyaluronic acid – yet despite all efforts, Marika continued to move with noticeable stiffness and effort.
Everything changed once Hempqualizer+ was introduced into her routine. Just two weeks in, the first visible changes appeared: greater willingness to move, improved ability to handle poles, and most importantly – the possibility to discontinue pain medication.
📌 Mare, 25 years old, SP breed (Budyonny & Hanoverian)
Marika has been struggling with joint degeneration for several years. Three years ago, she was diagnosed with gastric atony, which caused episodes of narcolepsy. After falls, her recovery was slow, and her hind limbs remained very stiff.
She was regularly given Osphos, Cartrophen, and hyaluronic acid. Nevertheless, she remained stiff in her movement. After two weeks of Hempqualizer+ supplementation, Marika willingly moves at a trot and navigates poles in both walk and trot – something she hadn’t been able to do in a long time. She has much more energy.
Additionally, she was able to come off painkillers (previously receiving 1/4 tablet of Firocoxib).
