In eventing competitions, precision and composure in the dressage arena often determine the final result. While it might seem that horses competing at 2* level have “nerves of steel,” the reality is often quite different. That was exactly the case with Chips, a 12-year-old horse with a calm temperament, excellent physical condition, and plenty of experience.

Despite his impressive abilities, Chips would become stressed during warm-up, react too sharply to aids, and lose focus upon entering the dressage arena – starting to “guess” the movements.
The team at ZH Eventing decided to look for support in natural supplementation and chose to try Hempqualizer Compete. After just one dose, the results exceeded expectations: Chips remained calm, focused, and supple in his work, resulting in a completely new quality of performance.

Chips, 12 years old, competes in 2* level eventing. Despite his calm nature and strong physique, he would get nervous in the dressage arena, grind his teeth, and respond very dynamically to aids. The stress began already in the warm-up, and after entering the arena, he would start guessing movements instead of executing them precisely.

We decided to give Compete paste to calm his emotions and help him focus on the rider and it worked brilliantly.
During warm-up, Chips was relaxed, focused, yet still responsive to the aids. After entering the dressage arena, he didn’t go into his usual stressed “mode”, he remained the same calm version of himself from the warm-up, which had never happened before.
We gave 2 ml, 40 minutes before warm-up, and the paste fully met our expectations!
