We present a case study of the slender Playboy, who unfortunately suffers from a condition known as RAO. The case was submitted by the owner.

PLAYBOY, GELDING, NOBLE HALF-BREED, APPROXIMATELY 700 KG, 16 YEARS OLD, RAO

 HISTORY: The horse is used for recreational purposes. In 2019, an endoscopy and BAL were performed for the first time, and in April 2023, the tests were repeated, confirming severe asthma.

 SYMPTOMS: strong cough, expiratory dyspnea, normal respiratory rate, thick and difficult-to-remove secretion.

 PREVIOUS TREATMENT: treatments with dexamethasone administered intramuscularly, bronchodilator drugs containing clenbuterol, acetylcysteine to thin the secretion. Additionally, treatments with herbs and supplements supporting the respiratory system.

 SUPPLEMENTATION WITH HEMPQUALIZER+: On the 4th day of administering the supplement, a clear reduction in the number of cough reflexes was observed, and on the 5th day, the cough disappeared completely. Significant improvement in breathing comfort, reduced expiratory dyspnea, normal respiratory rate. Nasal discharge after exertion became less frequent. 4 weeks after the end of the treatment, coughing occurred sporadically.
